Welcome to Mort’s Maple!
We are a small New York State Grown and Certified family farm. The farm sits on 82 acres in southern Rensselaer County NY. This is where I produce nature’s natural sweetener from approximately 1000 taps. I am the only person to be involved from tree to bottle with my products. This assures me that each bottle is up to New York State standards and is a product that I want to put my name on with a taste that keeps people coming back for more.
